Convention Rules

Doors open at 8AM and close at 11PM on Friday and Saturday. (8AM to 5PM on Sunday) Please finish all games 30 minutes prior to closing. 

Player and Visitor badges MUST be worn and VISIBLE at all times. Only attendees with the correct Gameday sticker may participate in events. 

Visitor badges are available at no cost by seeing Registration. With this badge you may visit any room and or Vendor but you may not participate in any events regardless to if they scheduled or pick-up events/games.

Rulings and directives given by convention staff and event judges must be followed at all times. 

Physical or verbal abuse/harassment, as well as foul language will not be permitted. 

Alcoholic beverages and Smoking/E-cigs are not permitted in Fire and Ice convention rooms. 

No carry-in food or beverages are allowed at the convention. 

All food and drink messes must be cleaned up disposed of properly.

Violation of any rule will be grounds for eviction from the convention without a refund.
